Human Resources Business Partner-Idaho Falls or Rexburg
- Must have 3+ years Human Resources experience.
- Must have supported at least 150+ employees. Multi-location support is a plus.
- Must be able to build and maintain relationships across multiple departments and geographies.
- Working knowledge of FMLA & ADA administration, State and Federal employment laws, regulation and practices.
- Call center experience is a plus.
- Base salary of $65K-$80K with bonus on top of salary.
