Human Resources Manager
Seeking a Human Resources Manager to act as a business partner to half of the City’s varied departments. Working under the HR Director and in close conjunction with another HR Manager to provide a full complement of HR services including a focus on training (planning and presenting), Worker’s Comp, and FMLA processes.
Must be able to prioritize and multi-task. Must have excellent communication skills and strong work ethic.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources, or related field and 5 years progressively responsible work experience related to Human Resources Management.
Master’s degree in HR or Business Management preferred.
Certification as a professional in Human Resources is preferred (PHR/SPHR; SHRM-PC/SHRM-SPC; IPMA-CP, etc.)
Grade 12 = $59,966.40 to $84,260.80
