TalentSpark is recruiting for a temporary Compensation Specialist position with a major health insurance company. The role is fully remote, approximately 40 hours per week, and is expected to run through the end of the year. The hourly pay range is $30–$35.
This is a tactical, hands-on role that could be a good fit for an HR generalist with some compensation experience.
Summary of job duties:
▪️Conducting market benchmarking and internal equity analysis
▪️Reviewing job descriptions, classifications, salary ranges, and wage grades
▪️Supporting compensation recommendations for new hires, promotions, and
transfers
▪️Participating in salary surveys and analyzing market data
▪️Responding to compensation questions from HR and hiring managers
▪️Maintaining compensation and benefits data in Workday
▪️Helping ensure compensation practices remain consistent and compliant
