Presentation by Deb Fries
Deb has 20 years in healthcare, including twelve years of Human Resources experience at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. Prior to working at EIRMC, Deb’s introduction to healthcare was at a home health agency where she worked her way from data entry to Assistant Branch Director. While working at home health, Deb earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Training and Development from Idaho State University in 2005. Deb’s long time goal was to earn a Master’s Degree, which she is currently working on and will complete in 2019. Deb also earned her Professional Human Resources (PHR) along with the SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credentials.
As a human resources business partner, Deb works closely with leaders on strengthening value–based human resource strategy, staff relations, compensation, executive coaching, employee development and increasing employee engagement.
Deb is also community-minded, having served organizations such as American Cancer Society, United Way, Southeast Idaho Society Human Resources Management.
