Arti Holmes, Wage and Hour Program Supervisor, Idaho Department of Labor will be speaking on Idaho Labor Laws. Topics Covered:

Wage and hour issues
FLSA standards
Wage payments
Where to find additional information

Artie is the "go to" in Southeast Idaho for wage and hour questions. He works closely with employers and employees.

Our Speaker, Artie Holmes started State service in 1998, working in the Employment Service Division, Unemployment Insurance Division, and Fraud Division. Artie moved to the Wage & Hour Division in 2007. In 2011 he became the Wage & Hour Program Supervisor, and is currently in that role. Artie graduated from Washington State University in 1988

This session will be submitted for one (1) SHRM and HRCI certification credits.
