Being an Ambassador of Positivity

  • Why is it important to be positive in the workplace?
  • What does it mean to be an ambassador for positivity?
  • How can we be ambassadors for positivity?
Join us for an engaging and interactive discussion on bringing positivity to the workplace!

Our April speaker is Jen Kusch!

Jen is a California native that now calls Idaho Falls, “home.” Jen graduated from BYU with a bachelor's degree in Psychology. Several years after working in corporate America, she decided to put her “student” hat back on and graduated with honors from Keller Graduate School of Management, with a Master of Human Resource Management. People have always been Jen’s passion, and her job is no exception. Jen has held many positions throughout her career, including roles such as, intern program coordinator, HR Business Partner, Hiring Coordinator, Recruiting Manager, Corporate Trainer, and is currently working for ENGIE-Impact, an energy sustainability company, as their Senior Talent Acquisition Manager for North and South America.

When Jen is not working, you will find her busy with her three kids. They love to travel as a family and seek out spontaneous adventures. Music is a huge part of their family life, and you can often find Jen leading “Carpool Karaoke” with her kids. (They pretend not to like it, but she knows they secretly love singing in the car.) Jen is a huge baseball fan and is super thankful her boys share the passion for the sport and play ball all summer. Jen is a sucker for a great dad joke and loves to laugh and enjoy life. You will find Jen outside when it’s warm, and definitely inside when it’s cold.

This session will be submitted for one (1) SHRM and HRCI certification credits.
