Stephanie Cecil, SHRM-SCP is the HR Director for East Idaho Credit Union. HR has been her passion for more than 17 years, with employee relations, performance management and employee engagement as her favorite areas. She enjoys engaging with other HR professionals to hone in on what makes HR great and help build networks of likeminded practitioners. Currently she’s serving as the Director for the Idaho State Council of SHRM.  

This session will be submitted for one (1) SHRM and HRCI certification credits.
