Maintaining Company Culture through Times of Transition

Bob Dylan once said “the times they are a-changin”.  Truer words have never been said over the last several years, a pandemic can do that for ya.  So how are organizations supposed to maintain their culture when things are always changing?  Hiring is at an all-time high (Idaho unemployment is under 3%) which means new people are probably joining your team, or tenured people are leaving.  You may be experiencing leadership changes or perhaps you’re navigating hybrid and remote work locations.  Just to name a few.   Join me for a lunch and to learn more about what we can do as leaders to maintain the important parts of our culture as we navigate all this transition.  – Kimberly Waetje

Our September speaker is Kimberly Waetje, M.Sc.!

Kimberly Waetje is a Senior Organizational Development Consultant at Idaho National Laboratory. She has her Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and provides strategic leadership management, assessment, development, and training to the Laboratory. Kimberly is a lifelong learner who loves asking questions, connecting people and ideas. With an extensive background in talent development and acquisition, Kimberly strives to resolve key organizational challenges by developing and implementing innovative solutions and fostering a positive and inclusive culture where everyone can thrive. Kimberly believes that people who feel valued, will add value, and is working to make that a reality one interaction at a time.
