Crystal Zmak will present.

Crystal is Director of Dealership Development at Teton Auto Group. She grew up in Pocatello, Idaho and got her bachelor's degree in business administration with HR emphasis at the University of Idaho.  She became HR Manager for Teton Toyota in 2012 and developed recruiting, hiring, termination, onboarding, orientation, employee evaluations, and the overall structure of employee development for the dealership and each new venture.  She became Director of Dealership Development in 2019, which encompasses a lot of additional aspects of the business including manufacture relations to help drive Toyota goals home with the Teton team, helping to create great company culture across platforms, and being the HR Manager for over 500 employees across 5 states.  She works daily with the General Managers and owners to instill their principles and beliefs and continue to create the successful culture of Teton Toyota.  She helps the General Managers with overall operations to ensure they are meeting manufacture standards.  She starts any new projects and development for the entire Teton Auto Group.  

She oversees a Women in Leadership program developed to help women in the dealership see their potential for growth in the automotive industry.  She has a passion for helping the community and giving back to charitable organizations such as the Salvation Army, Snake River Animal Shelter, Ronald McDonald Charities of Idaho, Idaho Falls Symphony, Idaho Falls Arts Council, and many more.
