Jasmine Bagley is a seasoned HR professional with over 12 years of experience driving organizational effectiveness across diverse industries, including retail, social services, higher education, manufacturing, and IT/cybersecurity. As the Director of People & Culture at CRI Advantage, she partners with senior leadership to develop and implement comprehensive HR and Talent Acquisition strategies for a multi-state workforce.

Jasmine holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Development and a Bachelor's degree in Workforce Training & Leadership from Idaho State University. She is a Senior Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resource Management and serves as Vice President of the Southeast Idaho SHRM Chapter. Passionate about building high-performing teams and fostering a positive work environment, Jasmine is dedicated to leveraging her skills to drive business success. Her previous roles include HR Business Partner positions at OnSemi/LA Semiconductor and Idaho State University, where she played key roles in change management, employee engagement, and performance management.

When she's not busy transforming workplaces, Jasmine is a proud Slytherin who loves diving into the magical world of Harry Potter. She's an avid reader, always on the lookout for her next great book. Jasmine also enjoys capturing the beauty of nature through photography, volunteering in the local community and spending time with her family and her beloved pets, who keep her life full of joy and laughter.
