A recent SHRM survey showed that 26% of organizations use generative artificial intelligence (AI) to support HR-related activities. Of those organizations, nearly 90% only began using AI within the last two years. Garrett will discuss best practices, legal risks and provide cautionary tales to help HR professionals navigate the rapidly evolving AI landscape.

Emily will discuss the key employment law impacts of President Trump’s One Big Beautiful Bill, including how to navigate “no” taxes on tips or overtime.

Mark will highlight the most important employment law developments over the last year. Among other things, we’ll discuss the impact of President’s Trump’s employment-related Executive Orders, emerging wage and hour litigation trends, and caselaw developments on the meaning of “retaliation,” the standard for “reverse discrimination,” and harassment that occurs online and after work hours.
