Difficult Conversations and How to Make the Most of Them

with presenter Alesha Thornton

Difficult conversations are an inevitable part of leadership, management, and HR, but they don’t have to be dreaded! This training will help teach the tools, mindset, and language to handle challenging discussions with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.

Alesha Thornton is an HR Generalist at the College of Eastern Idaho, bringing five years of experience in the human resources field. She holds her SHRM‑CP certification and earned her Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Western Governors University.

Passionate about training and development, Alesha thrives on helping individuals and teams grow, strengthen their skills, and reach their full potential. Her work is driven by a commitment to creating positive employee experiences and fostering collaborative, supportive workplace cultures.
