         Join the Pocatello SHRM Group on Wednesday, April 22nd

for a panel discussion featuring HR leaders sharing practical lessons on  

building best-in-class culture and

driving employee engagement.

Creating and sustaining a best-in-class culture has never been more complex—or more critical. The Pocatello SHRM Group, a newly formed professional community sponsored by the Southeast Idaho SHRM Chapter, invites HR professionals and people leaders to join a panel of experienced HR leaders for a candid discussion on what truly drives employee engagement.

Panelists will share real-world lessons on building, maintaining, and evolving culture in the face of growth, change, and competing priorities. This interactive session will move beyond buzzwords to focus on practical strategies, honest trade-offs, and actionable insights that HR professionals can apply within their own organizations.
